New and replacement dentures, made to fit you
Every set of dentures we make is custom-built for your mouth. Here are the main options your denturist can walk you through.
Complete (full) dentures
Custom full upper and lower dentures for when all natural teeth in an arch are missing.
Partial dentures
Acrylic and cast metal-framework partials that replace some missing teeth and protect the rest.
Immediate dentures
Dentures placed the same day as extractions, so you do not have to go without teeth while you heal.
Replacement dentures
A fresh, custom-made set when older dentures are worn, loose, or no longer comfortable.
How the fitting process works
Consultation & impressions
Your denturist examines your mouth, discusses your goals, and takes precise impressions to start your custom dentures.
Try-in & adjustments
You try a working version so the bite, shape, and shade can be reviewed and fine-tuned before the final set is made.
Fit & follow-up
We fit your finished dentures, make any small adjustments for comfort, and book follow-up care as needed.

Full and partial denture questions, answered
How long does it take to get new dentures?
New dentures usually take a few appointments over a couple of weeks, allowing time for impressions, a try-in, and the final fit. At your free consultation your denturist will give you a clear timeline for your situation.
What is the difference between partial and complete dentures?
Complete (full) dentures replace all the teeth in an arch when no natural teeth remain. Partial dentures replace only some missing teeth and clasp onto the remaining natural teeth. Your denturist will recommend the option that suits your mouth.
Can I get dentures the same day as my extractions?
Yes, immediate dentures are placed right after teeth are removed, so you do not have to be without teeth while the gums heal. Because the mouth changes shape as it heals, a reline or a replacement set is often needed later. Your denturist will explain what to expect.
How does coverage work for new dentures?
The Canadian Dental Care Plan and private insurance can both help with the cost of dentures, depending on your eligibility. North Hill Denture Clinic bills the CDCP and private insurance directly, and we confirm your coverage with you before any treatment begins.
Do you make replacement dentures if my current set no longer fits?
Yes. If your dentures are worn, loose, or uncomfortable, we can assess whether a reline will help or whether a new, custom-made replacement set is the better choice. A free consultation is the simplest place to start.
